Direction
Wet Floor Mopping: Dilute at the ratio of 1:39 (2.5% solution, 25 ml per 1 litre) with cold or warm, fresh tap water and mop floors. Do not rinse, allow the diluted product to work for 10-30 minutes. For stubborn stained floor areas or heavy soiling, dilute at the ratio of 1:9 (10% solution, 100 ml per 1 litre). Heavily soiled areas will require agitation to help break down the soiling.
Hard Surface/Spray & Wipe Cleaning: Dilute at the ratio of 1:19 (5% solution, 50 ml per 1 litre) with warm or cold, fresh tap water. Apply on various surfaces (including stained grout) using a spray applicator. Leave to work for 10-20 minutes. Squeegee off the excess, leaving residual product to allow enzymes to keep working. All food contact surfaces must be rinsed with potable water after use.
Odour Neutralising: Dilute at the ratio of 1:9 (10% solution, 100 ml per 1 litre) with fresh potable water. Use a foaming spray head to apply to waste bins to reduce odours and break down soiling before deep cleaning. Once rinsed, the bins can be foam-sprayed again and put back into service. This will help reduce odours during future use.
What You Should Know
Key Benefits of Bio-Fresh Pro Cleaners
- Continuous Cleaning: Contains live probiotics that keep producing enzymes until soiling is consumed. The enzymes break down the soil for the probiotics to consume and remove.
- Efficiency Redefined: Works long after application, reducing the frequency of cleaning.
- Safe and Sustainable: Non-toxic, biodegradable, and environmentally responsible.
- Healthier Surfaces: Yes, they’re great for septic tanks! In systems connected to a septic tank the probiotics boost microbe levels and keep septic systems free of odours and working at optimum levels.
Why Choose Probiotics Over Enzymes?
Unlike traditional enzyme-based cleaners, which contain a fixed amount of enzymes that target specific types of dirt and stop working once those enzymes are used up, probiotic cleaners offer a more dynamic solution. Probiotics are living microorganisms that continuously produce enzymes as long as organic soil is present.
Probiotic cleaners provide a dual-action cleaning mechanism: first, they release enzymes to break down organic soils, and then the probiotics themselves digest the resulting particles. This two-step process allows them to tackle a broader range of substances more effectively than cleaners that rely solely on enzymes. Probiotic cleaners not only break down soil but also consume it completely, leaving no residue behind. The result is a deeper, longer-lasting clean.
How to Use Bio-Fresh Pro Cleaners
- Application: Simply apply the cleaner to the surface and allow the probiotics time to work. Depending on the level of soiling, it may take several hours or days for the enzymes to fully break down and eliminate the dirt.
- No Rinsing Required: Bio-Fresh Pro cleaners are designed to save time and water. There's no need to rinse after application as the probiotics will continue to work on the surface.
- Avoid Mixing with Other Chemicals: Do not use Bio-Fresh Pro products in combination with chemical cleaners, especially bleach or quaternary ammonium compounds, as these can kill the probiotics and reduce effectiveness.
Enzymes have been widely used in cleaning products, especially in laundry and multi-purpose detergents.
