Probiotic Grease Cleaner

Direction

Grease Traps: First add 1 litre (1000ml or 4 cups) of product directly into grease trap entry port or down the drain hole, then either manually or auto-dose 100ml per day at the end of daily processes.

Odour Control: Dilute to a 10% solution (1:9, 100ml per litre) with cold fresh tap water and spray directly onto the affected areas. Not recommended for use directly on food contact surfaces, however if incidental contact occurs, simply rinse surfaces with water.

Septic Tanks: Charge system with 4 litres (best by flushing directly down a clean toilet), then an additional 1/2 litre (500ml) weekly for every 4 people using the system.

Unlike traditional enzyme-based cleaners, which contain a fixed amount of enzymes that target specific types of dirt and stop working once those enzymes are used up, probiotic cleaners offer a more dynamic solution. Probiotics are living microorganisms that continuously produce enzymes as long as organic soil is present.

Probiotic cleaners provide a dual-action cleaning mechanism: first, they release enzymes to break down organic soils, and then the probiotics themselves digest the resulting particles. This two-step process allows them to tackle a broader range of substances more effectively than cleaners that rely solely on enzymes. Probiotic cleaners not only break down soil but also consume it completely, leaving no residue behind. The result is a deeper, longer-lasting clean.

  • Application: Simply apply the cleaner to the surface and allow the probiotics time to work. Depending on the level of soiling, it may take several hours or days for the enzymes to fully break down and eliminate the dirt.
  • No Rinsing Required: Bio-Fresh Pro cleaners are designed to save time and water. There's no need to rinse after application as the probiotics will continue to work on the surface.
  • Avoid Mixing with Other Chemicals: Do not use Bio-Fresh Pro products in combination with chemical cleaners, especially bleach or quaternary ammonium compounds, as these can kill the probiotics and reduce effectiveness.
